That wreath is super-great. How DID you do it? I had the look for the word in the dictionary, I didn't know "wreath" xD Ok, it's easy but a bit long. It's a technique called the "cut out technique", the same used by Adam Hughes in his art even if I cheated a lot. I drew the flowers as if it was a "normal CG painting", then I used the "cut out" filter (I think it's in filters >> artistic >> cut out) and then I redrew on it with a basic brush to add shadows and highlights. It's a bit long but as I am not familiar with cel-shading coloring, I found it, bizarrely, more simple than trying the whole "shadows and gradients" thing :/
