No, no, no art class ^^ Just practice :D
I am 34, I started to draw at 8. Two hours a day when I was a kid and now I draw at night, about 4 or 5 hours a day (well a night ^^;;) :D

Otherwise, you can go to youtube, there are A LOT of great art tutorials out there. You can also follow some artists on livestream and see them draw live like Dauntdraws for instance. It's very useful: http://www.livestream.com/dauntdraws
If you are into comics, I recommend you a book called "The complete idiot's guide to graphic novel"
