Summary: On his way to the grocery store, Castiel Milton slips on a banana peel and falls by accident into the arms of a stranger. The incident only lasts a couple of seconds and for both of them, the story ends there. The trouble is that someone took a photo at the precise moment Castiel is in the guy’s arms. Because of a deceiving angle, they look like a real couple looking passionately at each other. The photo goes viral and everybody wants to know more about these mysterious lovers. Of course, Cas and “Mc Dreamy” have no idea of what is going on, they don't even know each other. When Cas opens his door the following morning an army of journalists are waiting to ask him about "his boyfriend Dean" and what it feels like to be an Internet icon.

Résumé: Alors qu’il se dirige tranquillement vers sa supérette de quartier, Castiel Milton glisse malencontreusement sur une peau de banane et tombe par accident dans les bras d’un inconnu. L’incident ne dure qu’une poignée de secondes. L’histoire aurait pu s’arrêter là pour l’un comme pour l’autre si quelqu’un n’avait pas pris une photo au moment précis où Castiel se retrouve blotti dans les bras de « M. Mystère ». A cause de l’angle pour le moins trompeur de la photo, les deux hommes ressemblent à s’y méprendre à un couple se regardant avec passion. L’image est mise en ligne et tout le monde veut en savoir plus sur les mystérieux « amants » qui eux, n’ont absolument aucune idée du chambard médiatique qu’ils ont déclenché à l'insu de leur plein gré. Lorsque Cas ouvre sa porte le matin suivant, une armée de journalistes l’attend de pied ferme, bien décidée à en savoir plus sur « son petit ami Dean » et à recueillir ses impressions sur le fait d’être la nouvelle icône de l’Internet.

I don't know if you've ever watched Touch, but the Japanese girls remind me so much of Miyoko and Izumi in that series!
What I love most is that you drew a lot of people of different countries here. You really have a good grasp on how to paint various characters of colour!
Hehehe that bit of Lady Gaga made me forget for a moment that this wasn't Jensen/Misha :p
Cas' siblings are adorable, I like Lucifer here X) and Sam's face!
Cas' deer-in-the-headlights face in the final page is my favorite LOL!

The end banner is really cute! I think your chibis here look slightly different to your usual ones. Are they slimmer? Taller, maybe?

Also, nice to see the Del Montes again! Not sure how many pages you inserted them in, didn't have time to check LOL I only saw Cas' pajamas!

How can you be so consistently awesome? It's ok, don't answer that. *wink* I'll have to come back and look closely at everything later but I am loving all the little details, the gingerbread men and the hearts and the little cartoon/chibi upside-down and the big fat smug pussy cat!

I started on July 14th and I think I must have finished in October. I was busy with the J2BB, the J2-xmas exchange and my Sam's journal so I drew this prompt pretty slowly but YES, it did take me ages ;____; It was a lot of fun so no problem! ^^

The cat is the real star of the comic. I love him ^^

PM I think you could have a tumblr dedicated to all your food drawings - we would all be addicted. Maybe some people would think it's real and want to order the food :) I know I would.

Anyway, I love seeing all the banners and dividers (I adore the one with the animation!), they are just as beautiful and the comic is amazing and entertaining! Some of the expressions in this one made me laugh - they're perfect, Cas on pg 4 in the last panel is hilarious and Sam's face on pg 11. I think the cat is stealing the show though hehe. Also the city lights are gorgeous, and I love your layouts as always <3

My 6th Tumblr! Ha! Ha! I draw so much food! xD Every time I have the occasion to draw food, I do it. My mom is fed up. When I am at her place, I browse the Tumblr food tag to look for reference pictures. I have tons of them -___-
I was about to say "You should see my Valentine's Day artwork", but you did! Hé! hé! More food, more sugar!

I LOVE cats! I can't help hiding them in prompts here and there. In my last year's RBB, Jensen had a cat too. In my J2 Valentine's Day artwork I'm gonna post in February, the boys have a cat. (and I love your icon BTW!)
I find it funny to have a cat that laughs at his owner (with the help of the gold fish too...)

Fantastic, awesome work as usual. But in addition to the GLORIOUS art, perfect likenesses, beautiful palettes, and delicious yummy food . . . you killed me dead with Castiel's "family portrait" and said family's responses to the photograph. That was utter perfection and I'll love you forever for that frame alone. ♥ Brava, brava, brava!!!

Ha! Ha! Cas' family portrait! The frame alone tells you what kind of family it is! I could totally picture Gabe and Lucifer betting on the fact that Castiel would come out one day or not ^^ However, this one took ages, 4 characters + Sam + the frame. I think it was one of the pages that required the biggest amount of work with P8.

I had that impression when I saw the reference pic I used for Misha in that precise panel, in addition, I thought it fitted Cas pretty well (well, as he is in this prompt anyway). He's a bit awkward and doesn't believe in himself.

I didn't want to write the whole story. My prompt was already very very detailed so I had to stop somewhere and let my author imagine the rest ^^

I had a lot of fun working on it!

this is so completely adorable i cannot cope. the cat looks so smug and, er, catty, castiel (and dean) is so oblivious to the storm that's about to descend on him, the little country flags on the speech bubbles are a really cute, smart way to convey how international the photo's fans are, the backgrounds and lighting on all the outside shots are glorious, and you worked in lady gaga! (and castiel's del monte t-shirt on p 13 made me giggle. i always remember them as "the peas! from the fic!" >.< thankfully other commenters remember what to call them.) it's almost like a cautionary tale for the power of the internet, but a really, really cute cautionary tale. and i'm going to go out on a limb and guess that it ends happily. :D

I haven't read a fic in ages (except the one of my RBB authors), I was really focused on this comic and I couldn't tell you the relief when it was finally done! Now I'm working on my second prompt. Even if it's less colorful, it's pretty time consuming because everything is done in cross-hatching.
