I love the "creepy when I smile" comment. I had that impression when I saw the reference pic I used for Misha in that precise panel, in addition, I thought it fitted Cas pretty well (well, as he is in this prompt anyway). He's a bit awkward and doesn't believe in himself.
I love where you ended it I didn't want to write the whole story. My prompt was already very very detailed so I had to stop somewhere and let my author imagine the rest ^^
