there's this guy on this nickelodeon show called big time rush and whenever he wears tight shirts i swear his nipples are alway showing. so since i didn't have any icons for that fandom yet and i really wanted one i took a screencap of him wearing a really tight, really pink hoodie and cropped it so you can see his nipples really well then of course wrote "perky nipples" as an homage to dean XDD so yeah, that's what my icon is and ho it came about :D
